[Member Only] March 26th: Invitation of DUSA 2026 Annual General Meeting

Dear Valued Members of DUSA,

Another year has already past! That means it's time for our AGM — and this year, we're doing things a little differently!

One of DUSA's most important goals is to stay closely connected with our members — to hear your honest feedback, your ideas, and your thoughts on how we can improve. We believe that a formal meeting setting is not always the best environment for open and relaxed conversation.

That's why we are trying a new concept: in non-election years, we would like to hold the AGM in a more casual way and put the members at the center, not the DUSA team. This "Social AGM" should be a casual get-together in the spirit of our Social Gathering events — great food, good drinks, and an easy atmosphere where real conversations can happen naturally. The official part will still follow our AOA, but will be kept short and simple: a brief presentation of the annual DUSA report and a budget approval. The rest of the evening is yours — to connect, exchange ideas, share feedback, and enjoy the company of fellow members.

In election years (every two years), we will of course continue to hold a formal AGM with the full agenda, including board elections and official proceedings.
