Navigating Career Uncertainty - Mastering Choices and Cultivating Resilient Mindsets
上次DARE活动中，"年轻职场人"与"资深从业者"的双视角分享碰撞出深刻洞见，各小组的头脑风暴更精准聚焦核心困惑。亚智（MANZ）的伙伴们据此梳理出一份触及多数职场人共通困惑的思维导图。感谢每位DARE活动参与者以的智慧贡献！DUSA将持续以此为基石，与大家共同探讨、总结职业困惑的应对方案。
During the last DARE event, insightful perspectives emerged from generational dialogues between "young professionals" and "seasoned experts," while brainstorming sessions across groups precisely identified core career dilemmas. MANZ colleagues synthesized these discussions into a mind map capturing universal workplace challenges. Our heartfelt gratitude to every participant whose wisdom enriched this collective effort! DUSA will continue building upon this foundation to collaboratively explore solutions for career uncertainties.
本期活动我们将以"个人心态"为根基，聚焦年轻人当下的核心刚需——"职业选择"展开深入交流。同样邀请到一位"年轻职场人"分享职业选择经历，以及一位总经理结合自身经历，拆解从"迷茫纠结"到"果断决策"的完整心路历程。希望这期的互动交流能助力大家彼此分享心态调节的实用方法，在情感共鸣中汲取直面职业选择的力量。
This upcoming session will anchor discussions in "personal mindset cultivation", focusing on young professionals' most pressing need – navigating career crossroads. We've invited a young professional to share his career decision-making journey, alongside a general manager who will deconstruct his complete evolution from "career ambivalence" to "resolute decision-making." Through interactive exchanges, we aim to foster practical mindset-adjustment techniques and empower attendees to draw strength from shared experiences when confronting career choices.

30 years ago, he was just like you toda - a recent graduate navigating uncertainty about the future.
