五月的DARE活动中，我们将会邀请西交利物浦大学Khalid Akhal教授来跟大家分享关于领导力的话题，在前半场活动，Khalid Akhal教授将会通过玩游戏的方式，贯穿分享两个主题：当代组织中领导力的重要性、领导者与组织的有效沟通。
In the DARE event in May, we will invite Professor Khalid Akhal from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University to share the topics of leadership. During the first half of the event, Professor Khalid Akhal will, through the way of playing games, share two topics throughout the event: Significance of Leadership in Contemporary Organizations, Effective Communication for Leaders and Organizations.
活动的后半场是即兴情景小剧场，将会有两个迷你情景剧，我们将通过情景模拟表演，探讨、交流"非职权领导力"主题。
During the second half of the event, there will be an improvised mini-theater. Two mini- plays will be presented, and through the situational performances, we will explore and exchange experience and ideas on the topic of "leadership without authority".
本次活动大家将会玩中学，学中玩。
Everyone will learn while playing and play while learning in this event.
