Single-Minute Exchange of Die | 精益实用工具之快速换模

Lean production management seeks to improve production in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) is a very useful tool for lean production, especially for improving the efficiency of machine processing. The aim of SMED is to minimize machine downtime through teamwork. The effect of SMED is evident when product changes and equipment adjustments are made to minimize lead time.


精益生产管理追求生产的精益求精以达到降本增效的目的。快速换模(SMED)是一种非常实用的精益生产工具，尤其有利于提高设备加工效率。快速换模的目的是通过团队协作最大程度地减少设备停机时间。产品换线和设备调整时，能够最大程度压缩前置时间，快速换模的效果非常明显。
