DUSA wants to bring families together to learn more about and experience traditional Chinese culture, local culture and arts while relaxing through Culture Event. 

The upcoming Culture Event will be held on June 3,2023 @Suzhou Sandalwood Fan Factory. 

This event will be only open to DUSA member families.

In this Culture event, we can not only visit their factory to see the traditional machines which was used in the past time, the modern fan making processes but also experience the traditional handcrafted fan making. For kids, there will have fan painting, and for teenagers and adults, they can choose to do electric welding stamping pattern on bookmarks and incense making.

• Visit the factory to get know more about the traditional machines and the modern machines
• Get know more about the various processes of fan making
• Get a closer look at why a handcrafted fan takes 2 months to complete

• Experience handcrafted fan making
• Fan painting for kids
• Electric welding stamping pattern on bookmarks (Teenagers and Adults)
• Incense making (Teenagers and Adults)
•  (Fans and Bookmarks can be taken home)

This is a member exclusive event and only open for DUSA members;

There is limited 30 seats (10 groups of family) and the registration is based on "first pay, first served" principle. 

The e-fapiao will be sent to you through email one week after the event.
