We are delighted to invite you to attend DUSA Training "Building Effective Teams" on Wednesday, September 9th, 2020.
Managers seldom say they are satisfied with their team's performance. More often, team leaders complain about poor execution, laziness, stumble, ineffective communication between teams and so on. Therefore, managers will bring in human resources department or external consultants to train their employees, hoping to change their working attitude or some behaviors, but achieving little positive impact. Why does this happen?
