Search Fund and SME Acquisitions
This event will delve into the fascinating topics of Search Funds and SME Acquisitions, with a particular focus on the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) model. This model involves a 'searcher' who identifies and acquires a company, ultimately stepping into the role of CEO post-acquisition.
During the presentation, we will explore how the search fund model operates, offering a roadmap from the initial search through to acquisition and management. Participants will gain insights into the specific issues this model addresses for both entrepreneurs and investors and how it differs from traditional private equity funds, focusing on its unique advantages.
