Event Recap | DUSA Benchmark Factory Visiting: Inclusion Factory Taicang

Dear DUSA members,

We are delighted to invite you to a benchmark factory visiting event. This event is a good opportunity for leaders from manufacturing companies to visit and benchmark against one of the most successful factories.

The Inclusion Group is a social enterprise dedicated to the employment of People with Intellectual Disabilities. Founded in 2014 in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, it is one of China's leading employment solutions providers for People with Intellectual Disabilities and the recruiting enterprises.

Inclusion Factory is a social enterprise providing employment opportunities to People with Disabilities. So far they can provide the services including manufacture and assembly/production, office digitalization service and inclusive food deliver.

By December 2023, Inclusion Factory

• 40 employees with intellectual or mental disability
• Full time, paid jobs and social benefits
• Recommended 30 employees with disabilities for employment, including catering, warehousing, administration, etc.
