No matter which company you work for, you will be faced with a situation where older and younger generations are at the same time in the same workplace. Young talents often learn the work skills, experience and even attitudes from the experienced professionals at work. At the same time, young talents also have a lot to learn from the experienced professionals. What can these two groups of "labors" learn from each other? Hello everyone, my name is Xu Ye, Joy is my English name. It's my great pleasure that Dusa gave me this opportunity to be toast master, and this is also the first time for me to do this.
I am currently employed by Lotus United Co., Ltd., and I am a professional finance. In the past 15 years of my work, I from the international logistics department to the financial department. I grow up with the company's development (startup period, growth period, stable period, and current period of sustained development). As an older employee of the company, I contribute to my logistics and financial job and building professional team, and solving problems. Besides, my hobby is drinking Chinese tea and reading literary articles and novels, which have helped improve my artistic appreciation, cultural literacy, emotional adjust, and intellectual exploration.
