Due to a surge in Covid Cases in Suzhou, including multiple cases among guest speakers, this online webinar will be cancelled. We will share the survey report to all registrants by email and also in the DUSA HR Circle WeChat Group and DUSA Covid Information Group.

New "Ten optimized measures against the Covid-19" were released on December 7th. Many member companies have begun to prepare for the potential risk of COVID infection. With the spread of the virus, companies might face the labour shortage and the decrease of production in short term, which will probably cause the delay of delivery and other risks.

12月7日《进一步优化落实新冠肺炎疫情防控的措施》（简称"新十条"）发布。许多成员企业都开始为潜在的疫情传染风险做好准备。随着病毒的传播，企业可能会面临短期的用工短缺和产量下降,交付延迟等风险。

DUSA arranged a flash survey on December 14th. The purpose of this survey is collecting the risks are encountered, the measures have been taken and what information or support you would like obtain from DUSA and other members. So far we have already received near 40 feedbacks.

为此，DUSA于12月14日发起了一个快速调研来收集会员公司面临的风险，已经采取的措施以及希望从DUSA和其他会员公司获得的信息和支持。目前，我们已经收到了近40份调研问卷。

We plan to arrange an online webinar to present this survey result and also invite some HR Managers to share their opinions and best practices on Wednesday, December 21st. 

同时，我们将在12月21日安排线上会议公布调研结果并邀请会员企业的人力资源经理分享他们的经验和观点。
